Amruta Khanvilkar confirms participation in Colors’ dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa

Colors channel is all set to returns with its flagship celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. The franchise has enjoyed immense success in its past season and will be making a grand comeback to television after a five-year hiatus. While filmmaker Karan Johar and popular Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit Nene will return as judges, international actress-dancer Nora Fatehi, who was also the judge of the dance reality show Dance Deewane Juniors, will be a part of the judging panel too in Season 10. While rumours of many celebrities joining the dance reality show has been doing the rounds, the latest celebrity to have confirmed her participation is actress Amruta Khanvilkar.

Amruta Khanvilkar, who is a part of Bollywood, television, and Marathi film industry, recently spoke about her excitement of participating in the upcoming season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Talking about it, she shared, "I am super ecstatic to be a part of the 10th season of India's most loved dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as it was always in my bucket list. I love dancing. In fact, I breathe dance and it’s going to be a different kind of experience altogether to perform in front of my absolute favourite actor and icon Madhuri Dixit. I am looking forward to learning new dance forms like bachata and impress the judges."

For the uninitiated, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa is a dance reality show that feature celebrities from different walks of life showcasing their best dance moves along with choreographer partners. With an interesting panel of judges and a star-studded line-up of contestants, season 10 is going to be 10 times bigger, more glamourous, and entertaining. Besides Amruta, the show’s confirmed list of contestants includes Paras Kalnawat, Nia Sharma, Niti Taylor, Chef Zorawar Kalra among others.
