When COVID-19 hit the globe, shooting for many films including Kangana Ranaut starrer Thalaivi was disrupted and came to a halt. But now with many films resuming shoots with all the necessary precautions in place, Kangana Ranaut too has begun with dance rehearsals for Thalaivi.

Choreographer Prashanna Babu recently shared pictures with Kangana Ranaut during the dance rehearsals for Thalaivi. The young choreographer is elated to be working with Kangana for the second time after Manikarnika and expressed his happiness in his latest Instagram post.

His caption read, "Finally back to work! Started with #dancerehearsal for the upcoming #legendary film #thalaivi ✨#jayalalitha Mam biopic.  Having an awesome rehearsal time and practicing with the #boldandthebeautiful the most humble person and #inspiring star actress #kanganaranaut mam @kanganaranaut mam. Can't wait for the #songshoot mam and it’s going to be choreographed by my master the evergreen #brindamaster @brinda_gopal."

Thalaivi is a biopic on Tamil Nadu's Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa, starring Kangana Ranaut and Arvind Swami.
