She's the Man star Amanda Bynes has filed a petition to terminate her parents Lynn and Rick Bynes’ nearly nine-year’s conservatorship of her, which granted them legal control over her affairs in 2013. The actress filed a petition Wednesday in California's Ventura County Superior Court to terminate the conservatorship, according to court records. A hearing on the case is scheduled for March 22. Bynes' lawyer, David A. Esquibias, told PEOPLE tabloid on Friday, "Amanda wishes to terminate her conservatorship. She believes her condition is improved and protection of the court is no longer necessary." American film director-producer Steven Spielberg is all ready to develop a new film centered on the character Frank Bullitt, as originated by Steve McQueen in 1968's Bullitt. South Korean group MAMAMOO’s leader Solar and film Brave Citizens co-stars Shin Hye Sun and Lee Jun Young have reportedly tested positive for Covid-19 and are currently quaratined. As per the reports in Korean tabloid Soompi, the respective agencies of the South Korean celebrities issued official statements on February 24 (today) informing the artists’ diagnosis. According to the statement released by Solar’s agency RBW, after hearing that she was in close contact with a COVID-19 patient on February 23, she used a self-testing kit and tested positive, following which she immediately underwent PCR testing and was ultimately diagnosed with COVID-19 February 24. “Solar completed the third dose of his COVID-19 vaccine, and she has currently halted all activities and is taking the necessary measures as well as getting rest in keeping with guidelines set by government health authorities,” the agency further stated. Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's new film Gangubai Kathiawadi  will be released in theatres tomorrow as scheduled, as per Supreme Court's decision. The court dismissed the plea by Babu Ravji Shah, who claims to be the adopted son of Gangubai. He had claimed in his petition that the film was defamatory of his adoptive mother and asked for a title change as well. As per Live Law India, Senior Advocate C Aryama Sundaram appeared for director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and opposed the demand for the change of the film's title. Supreme Court observed that the plaintiff could not prove that he was really late Gangubai's adoptive son. Bhansali's lawyer Sundaram argued, "The film is actually glorifying the lady. It shows how she rose from a red light area to become a social worker. The film is based on a book titled "Mafia Queens of Bombay" published in 2011, which has not been challenged till now.
